KETJU.FI - FRANCHISEE RECRUITMENT SERVICES FOR INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISORS
1. Entry Survey Day(s)
A consulting day in Finland (1-2 days). As the result of this consulting, franchisor will understand the situation on Finnish market and has relevant information to make decision to enter or not to enter Finnish market. We will plan and coordinate the program and arrange meetings with Finnish experts, businessmen and authorities. We’ll also visit different business locations in Helsinki area if needed.
2. Test Marketing
When franchisor´s brand is not well known in Finland or the concept is very new, we recommend to test the interest of the brand and concept before starting recruitment or any further actions. In this service we’ll produce franchise presentation into Ketju.fi – portal for 3-6 months. The service also includes direct marketing using Ketju.fi´s database of potential franchisees and advertising at Ketju.fi -website. If the results of Test Marketing are promising, we will give you an offer for further Recruitment services.
3. Franchisee/ Master Franchisee Recruitment service
Lead generation
- Includes franchisor´s presenation at www.ketju.fi -portal.
Active search
- Includes franchisor´s presentation + advertising at www.ketju.fi -portal and direct marketing using Ketju.fi´s database of potential franchisees. Ketju.fi will take care of first contacts, applications and interviews of candidates.
Pro-Active search
- Includes Active search + headhunting services
Depending on the profile of franchisee/Master franchisee, we will use different methods and channels to find suitable candidates, for example direct marketing, advertising and/or headhunting. The project is always planned case by case with the franchisor.
