Délifrance is a worldwide leadership in French style bakery cafés-restaurants. Délifrance always try to combine French recipes with local recipes or ingredient. Restaurants offer everything from Iconic French bakery products (bread & viennoiserie) to a variety of fresh products more into casual fast food.
The ideal Master Franchisee candidate had a proven track record in the Food and Beverage industry as owner /operator. The candidate has also experience in franchising and dealing with western groups & international brands, real estate, supply chain, store construction, HR, IT and Finance. Master Franchisee should be well capitalized in order to bring this new concept to Finland and develop a restaurant chain with local franchisees.
Délifrance will offer a concept with two sets of Manuals: set of organization manuals for the Master Franchisee and set of operations manuals covering everything from sites selection criteria, opening, technics and SOP, marketing and communication, finance and reporting. Training will be provided in the bakery school and Atelier de chefs in France and on site.
Délifrance assists with the opening of the local pilot store, architecture, design and equipment. The standard menu will be provided which can be locally adapted according to cultural and consumer preferences. Délifrance team will always provide on-going support.
